Rôle des artefacts matériels et cognitifs dans le développement des compétences de l'intervenant éducatif en rugby : une approche technologique à visée de didactique professionnelle, de l'analyse du mouvement général dans le jeu de rugby à la formation à l'observation des enseignants et des entraîneurs

This technological research is aimed at the didactif professional, examined the effects of the interaction between a material artifact -the grid of observation- and a cognitive artifact- the oppositionnal relationship- in the general movement in Rugby, on future trainers and the teachers. In a controlled experiment, we assisted the collected data for the coaching during a simulated match for the effects of the situation on these two populations. Depending on the positions of each on the two populations, the effect of the mobilization of the instrument is different. The use of the material artifact puts transformations into development and weakers the designs of the populations. By this interaction, the study leads us to propose changes to our datacollection. The dataprocessing power facilitates the construction of a technological tool which informs about the spatio temporal and the qualitative aspects of play for the coaching on line. These evolutions show dynamic interactions between artifacts and registers of technicality, they allow a more functional appreciation of the tactical aspects concerned.

Cette recherche technologique, à visée de didactique professionnelle apprécie l'effet de l'interaction entre un artefact matériel, le scénario, et un artefact cognitif, le rapport d'opposition dans le mouvement général en rugby auprès d'enseignants et d'entraîneurs en formation. L'expérience contrôlée, s'appuie sur une situation de simulation à l'observation. Son efficacité dépend du fonctionnement des binômes, de la vitesse de saisie et des enchaînements saisi/interprétation/intervention. Selon la posture des formés, l'effet de la mobilisation de l'instrument est différent : il ébranle les conceptions et installe des transformations en germination. Par interaction, ce travail nous amène à faire évoluer l'instrument d'observation. L'outil technologique informatisé renseigne, pour le coaching, sur les aspects qualitatifs et spatio temporels du jeu. Les interactions dynamiques, artefacts/registres de technicité, permettent donc une appréciation plus fonctionnelle des aspects tactiques.
