Coordination polymers based on lanthanides usable like phosphors in the field of the counterfeit seem offer new opportunities. The aim of this work was to show the possibility to sign the colour of the luminescence with the colorimetric coordinates. Inversely, if we know these coordinates, could we find the chemical formula of the compound ? In order to investigate these possibilities, we have especially studied the compounds based on the benzene-1,4-dicarboxylate ligand and the lanthanides. The drawn up synthesis route in water is effortless and offers the possibility to synthesize around one million of heteropolynuclear compounds. We are actually able to sign the colour of the luminescence of the compounds according to the calculations of the International Commission on Illumination. But we have shown several limits for the calculations. Especially, we are not able to calculate the colour of the compounds from a theoretically approach.

L’utilisation de polymères de coordination à base de terres rares luminescents comme marqueurs anti-contre-façon semble être une nouvelle approche dans ce champs d’application. L’approche pour ces travaux de thèse était d’étudier s’il était possible d’obtenir une signature colorimétrique de la couleur de luminescence. Connaissant cette signature colorimétrique pouvions nous retrouver la formule chimique du composé ? Pour ce faire, nous avons exclusivement étudié les systèmes de composé ions lanthanides / ligand benzène-1,4-dicarboxylate. Nous avons pu montrer qu’il était possible de synthétiser un très grand nombre de composés différents. Nous avons établi, pour les mesures et calculs colorimétriques, un mode opératoire basé sur les recommandations de la Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage ou CIE et validés par l’AFNOR. Ces approches restent uniquement empirique et nous n’avons pas pu étendre ces aspects d’un point de vue purement théorique.
