This thesis is devoted to the study of "the grid of the programs of the congolese revolution voice and the issues of the rural radio". To look into the dialectics reports between the issues and the conditions of their programation, it mean that, at first, to indulge to a total contextual investigation of the country, of its institutional frame, of the place of the radio in the communication circuits, of the hearing etc. . . Above the limits of the structure (congolese revolution voice and the rural radio increased by the absence of the know how, a clear analysis permit to ascertain the irrealism of the software indicated by a containual prescriptif influenced by the scheme univectorial of the communication. At the end, a only finding assert : the check of the congolese rural radio in the operation of the rural animation for the peasant selfpromotion and self-education.

Cette these est consacree a l'etude de "la grille des programmes de la voix de la revolution congolaise et les emissions de la radio rurale". Examiner les rapports dialectiques entre les emissions et les conditions de leur programmation, c'est avant tout se livrer a une investigation contextuelle globale du pays, de son cadre institutionnel, de la place de la radio dans les circuits de communication, de l'audience etc. Au dela des limites de structure (voix de la revolution congolaise et radio rurale aggravees par l'absence du know how, une analyse lucide permet de constater l'irrealisme du software marque par un contenu prescriptif influence par le schema univectoriel de la communication. Au terme de l'etude, une seule conclusion s'impose : l'echec de la radio rurale congolaise dans l'operation d'animation rurale pour l'autopromotion et l'auto-education paysanne.
