Si proche et si lointaine, ainsi pourrait-on qualifier la relation franco-marocaine. Les liens historiques et la coopération favorisent les échanges d'intérêts entre ces deux pays. Le travail est la raison principale du mouvement post-colonial de la population française. Particularité de l'immigré français : il fait partie de l'élite. La communauté française, déstabilisée par les moeurs de la société musulmane, vit le choc des cultures. Ainsi, la déstructuration des habitudes européennes conduit le Français à restructurer ses cadres normatifs en incluant le biotope marocain. Il accepte donc les contraintes de rinterculturalité au profit d'un cadre de vie de qualité.
