Within the context of the upheaval of productive forces units of production have at a world level undergone deep changes, as much at the level of technical structure as at work organisation. Within those new conditions of production which also affect venezuela, it is to be sidor's work, the number of ingenieurs and at the techniciens tends to increase and at the same time, these are confronted with a situation of under use and devalorisation of their technical competences.

Dans le contexte de bouleversement des forces productives, au niveau mondial, les unites de production ont subi des modifications profondes, tant au niveau de la structure technique que de l'organisation du travail. Dans ces nouvelles conditions de production qui affectent egalement le venezuela, on observe, au sein du collectif de travail de la sidor que le nombre d'ingenieurs et de techniciens tend a augmenter et qu'en meme temps ceux-ci sont confrontes a une situation de sous-utilisation et devalorisation de leurs competences technique.
