This research aims to explore, during a significant period of time, and for france only, a specifical illness. The objective is to surround both the evolution of the relationship between the therapist and his patient, and, the meanings setting down it. The first part of this thesis is an inventory about symptomes and about therapies. His objective is making perceive the stake of in fantile parasitism (essentially nematode worms), like a specific childhood illness and then, correlative of an experiment of the social order. In this perspective, the second part aims to identify the several connotations of this illness. These are analysed with regards to a cultural and social organization. More, this do allow to surround the evolution of the roles played by the different therapists.

Cette recherche, qui concerne exclusivement la france, a pour objet, en se referant a une periode definie comme significative, et en prenant comme pivot une affection specifique : les parasitoses infantiles, de cerner a la fois l'evolution des relations soignant-soigne et celle des sens qui sont attaches a la maladie. La premiere partie de cette these est un inventaire a la fois semeiologique et therapeutique. Son but est, de fait, preciser l'enjeu que representent les parasitoses (oxyuroses et ascaridioses essentiellement) en tant qu'affection specifique a une classe d'age. Par la meme, elle apparait correlee a une demarche d'un autre ordre : celle d'un certain apprentissage du social. Dans cette optique, le second volet de cette these a pour objectif de recenser les multiples connotations que l'affection fait apparaitre, et de les analyser par rapport a une organisation sociale et culturelle particuliere. Ceci permet parallement de mesurer l'evolution des roles joues par les differents therapeutes.
