Orthodoxie et hétérodoxie dans le judaïsme ancien : Judéo-Chrétiens et Amei-Ha-Aretz dans la littérature juive des premiers siècles

At the end of the time of the Second Temple (first century B. C. - first century A. D. ), the Jewish society consists in various socio-religious political parties, who give it a heterogeneous character. Each of these parties suggests an interpretation of the Law according to its own criteria. And yet, alter the year 70 A. D. , time of the destruction of the Second Temple by the Roman armies, this society gradually goes through masive changes which will redefine its internal structure. The Sages, successors of the Pharisees, will become, as the years go by, the politico-religious leaders of this society. The birth of this orthodoxy will entail the exclusion of the Jewish Christians and of the amei-ha-aretz, who will be moved away from the community and finally excluded, because of their being regarded as heterodox. The first ones will be turned away from Judaism whereas the second ones will be reinstated to it.

La société juive de la fin de l'époque du Second Temple (Ier siècle av. J. -C - Ier siècle ap. J. -C. ) se compose de diverses mouvances socio-religieuses qui lui confèrent un caractère hétérogène. Chacune de ces mouvances propose une interprétation de la Loi en fonction de ses propres critères. Or, après l'an 70 ap. J. -C. , date de la destruction du Second Temple par les armées romaines, cette société connaît progressivement des mutations qui vont redéfinir sa structure interne. Les Sages, successeurs des pharisiens, deviendront au fil des années les dirigeants politico-religieux de cette société. La naissance de cette orthodoxie entraînera l'exclusion des judéo-chrétiens et des amei-ha-aretz, qui seront éloignés de la communauté et finalement exclus, car définis en tant qu'hétérodoxes. Les premiers seront détachés du judaïsme alors que les seconds y seront réintégrés.
