The school reform from which we lenghen out the problematic of our work, is put down within the framework of the successive transformations which touched the structures of the algerian society since the independance. This school reform is defined within a legislative context which its first purpose consists in showing the incompatibility of the previous state as concerning the training system on the one hand and the other structures of the algerian society on the other. This state of incompatibility could have been seen in a number of incoherences, concerning the aims, the means, the attitudes and also the mentalities. These ambitions towards development, evolution, transfers, breakdown, were justified by a perspective of an economic growth on the woldwide scale, brought out by a "procession" of scienctific and technicial mutations since the sixties'. This has been an example to all the other countries coming out from the historical period of colonization; these countries adopted the same steps in order to protect their independance. That goes without saying that the algerian experience is not the unique one. The necessity of moulding again the educational system was dictated by this political choice. . .

La reforme scolaire, d'ou nous tirons la problematique de notre travail, s'inscrit dans un cadre de tranformations successives qui a touche les structures de la societe algerienne depuis l'independance. Elle se definit en un cadre legislatif qui se place d'abord pour montrer l'incompatibilite de l'etat anterieur du systeme de formation avec les structures de la societe algerienne. Cet etat d'incompatibilite apparaissait dans un ensemble d'incoherences touchant les objectifs, les moyens, les attitudes et les mentalites. Ces aspirations vers l'evolution, vers les mutations, vers les ruptures, etaient justifiees par une perspective de croissance economique a l'echelle mondiale, provoquee par un "cortege" de mutations techno-scientifiques a partir des annees 60. Ceci a dicte a l'ensemble des pays sortant de la phase historique de colonisation, d'adopter ses pas pour ainsi proteger leurs independances. Et, dans ce sens, l'experience de l'algerie n'est pas unique, bien entendu. La necessite de remodeler le systeme educatif etait dictee par ce choix politique, visant tout d'abord a renouer les structures de la societe algerienne. Dans quelle mesure cela est-il possible a partir de l'objectif de l'initiation aux techniques? objectif qui se definit comme un indice de ces bouleversements. Notre travail consiste a rassembler les fragments d'une reflexion technologique. . .
