Abstract EN:

Recent studies on contemporary forms of sciences organization diverge about the weignt to attribute at non-scientists within scientific knowledge production activities. In a questionning wich attracts notice to modalities of insertion sciences in society, investigations deals with French urban research. This one is taken as a laboratory of these relations between scientists and profans. The first part in this text is conserned with the constitution and the development of this domain. After specificities of regime of knowledge realised in this area bring into light, analysis focus on the relevant of elaborated knowledge. According a plurality for this relevant implies that the process of production of these one is framed. Differenciated modes of configuration of this process has been pointed by investigations, according to organizational and articulatory work realised.

Les études récentes sur les formes contemporaines d'organisation des sciences divergent quant au poids à attribuer aux "non chercheurs" dans les activités de production de connaissances scientifiques. Dans un questionnement soucieux des modalités d'insertion des sciences dans leur société, les investigations ont porté sur la recherche urbaine française contemporaine appréhendée comme un laboratoire de ces relations chercheurs-profanes. La première partie de ce travail s'est consacrée à la constitution et au développement de ce domaine. Une fois les spécialistés du régime de connaissances qui y est mis en oeuvre établies, l'analyse s'est focalisée sur la pertinence des connaissances élaborées. Pour que cette pertinence soit plurielle, il faut que le processus qui mène à la production de ces dernières soit cadré. Ce sont alors des modes différenciés de configuration de ce procès que les investigations ont mis en évidence, selon le travail organisationnel et articulatoire efféctué.
