The study envisages the two contexts of lebanese local banks and regional and local banks of languedoc-roussillon. It analyzes in the first and the second chaptres the currents and the sociopolitical tendencies, the socio-economical structures in each region of research. The inquiry manages with the study banks, in the third chaptre, presents with the board of synthesis the indispensable material for analyse the elements and the essential factors in the comparaison and however the types of management and the social structures in these banks, that the fourth chaptre. The conclusion includes the diverse policies practise for these banks and however the social policy.

L'etude aborde les deux contextes des banques locales libanaises et des banques regionales et locales du languedoc-roussillon. Elle analyse dans les deux premiers chapitres les courants et les tendances socio-politiques, les structures ocio-economiques dans chaque region etudiee. L'enquete menee aupres des banques etudiees, dans le troisieme chapitre, offre avec le tableau de synthese la matiere indispensable pour analyser les facteurs et les elements essentiels dans la comparaison et pourtant, les types de management et les structures sociales dans les banques en question, qui englobent la quatrieme chapitre. La conclusion engendre les diverses politiques pratiquees par les banques etudiees et surtout la politique sociale.
