The study of the establishment and the transmission of standards of work. When we speak about standards we contemplate about ways of working regularly established by a prescription, whatever the level of normalisation, explication and sanction or control which perceives this prescription. In a place which comprehends a rapid industrialisation however continue since the beginning of the century, the introduction of a new way of industrialisation like + twin plant ; belong to changes not only in the managing of the local industry but also in the operating of an international economy. Finally those + twin plants ; were also remade by their integration in those organised cities. This organisation offers a reception configuration which allows to firms to install themselves, finding at the same time a network of professionals assisting the development. The + twin plants ; are modified by this system. The importance of the modification makes a difference between the + twin plants ; which operate at the border and the firms which have their activities inside the country. The case of monterrey is revelatory of a technological appropriation. We will speak on this particular instance, of + a way of doing things ;. The + twin plant ; becomes a way of commercialisation of products, but also a way of working and organising the steps of production, of fabrication, of delivery, of commercialisation. The + twin plant ; became in this specific context a commercial + product ; allowing a new operating, more flexible of the means of production and the development of new technologies. Our demonstration try to put in valour that phenomena of mondialisation like + twin plant ;, takes the way of the identification at the local industrial middle which they combine. This integration takes place through an appropriation of local appliances. The assurance quality is one example of appliance, which agrees to decline the organisation and consequently which allow to appropriate this order. On the other hand the history and the local culture are indicators allowing to those structures, without territory at the beginning, to find a place which is recognised by the local network.

Etude de l'etablissement et de la transmission des normes de travail. Par norme de travail, on entend facons de travailler regulierement donnant lieu a prescription, quel que soit le niveau de formalisation, d'explication et de sanction ou controle que connait cette prescription. Dans une zone qui a connu une industrialisation rapide mais continue depuis le debut du siecle, l'introduction d'une nouvelle forme d'industrialisation de type "maquiladora"1 provoque des changements non seulement dans la gestion des industries locales mais surtout dans la gestion d'une economie aux formes internationales. Finalement ces "maquiladoras" ont ete aussi transformees par leur insertion dans des villes organisees. Cette organisation propose une structure d'accueil permettant a des usines de s'installer tout en trouvant un reseau de professionnels aidant et facilitant le developpement. Les "maquiladoras" sont ainsi modifiees par le systeme ambiant. L'importance de cette modification differencie, en effet les maquiladoras de la frontiere des maquiladoras installees dans le pays. Le cas de monterrey semble etre le revelateur d'une appropriation technologique. Nous parlerons donc dans ce cas particulier, d'une "facon de faire les choses". La "maquiladora" devient alors un mode de commercialisation des produits, mais aussi une facon de travailler et d'organiser les etapes de production, de fabrication, de livraison, de commercialisation. La "maquiladora" est devenue dans ce contexte specifique un "produit"2 commercial permettant une nouvelle gestion, plus flexible des moyens de production et le developpement de nouvelles technologies. Notre demonstration tente de mettre en lumiere que les phenomenes de mondialisation de type maquiladora, tendent a s'identifier davantage au tissu industriel qu'ils integrent. Cette integration se realise au travers de l'appropriation de dispositifs locaux. La demarche qualite est un exemple de dispositif, qui permet de decliner l'organisation et en consequence de l'assimiler. Cependant l'histoire et la culture locales sont des indicateurs de taille permettant a ces structures, sans territoire au depart, de trouver certes une raison sociale, qui est par la suite portee par le reseau local qu'elles privilegient.
