We project here to observe, since antiquity, an historical and a sociological studies about the formation of the Iranian public administration. We glance at its great changings, its reforms, its organizations. . . In order to know, the operation and the specificities of actual state, we attempt to understand about the political system, and revolutionary institutions. . . Finally, the reflexion takes place around the great difficulties that the public administration suffers.

On projette ici d'observer, depuis l'antiquité, la formation des administrations iranienne, ses changements, ses difficultés, ses réformes, ses organisations. . . Afin de comprendre le fonctionnement et les spécificités de l'état actuel, on tente de connaitre le régime politique, et les institutions paraétatiques ou révolutionnaires. Finalement, on constate que l'administration iranienne souffre de plusieurs problèmes souvent irrésolus jusqu'à nos jours.
