Trough a historical reading of the two greats currents of thought wich are feminism and liberalism, the author put into evidence the existence of two models of interpretation wich reveals their differences. Pushing further, analysing the fraser report on prostitution and pornography in canada, she demonstrates with a semantical approach the impossibility integrating feminism to the liberal discourse. And she conclues by identifying the principal axes of a new para digme.

A travers une critique feministe du liberalisme philosophico-politique, l'auteur revele la semantique de la polemique opposant ces deux courants de pensee dans l'analyse du rapport fraser sur la pornographie et la prostitution au canada. Par la suite, elargissant l'analyse, elle developpe une lecture epistemologique qui permet de degager les principaux axes d'un nouveau paradigme en voie d'elaboration.
