This thesis is a sociological study of the migration of Senegalese students, return and non-return after training in France and their effects on the original contexts. From the socio-historical framework to the other factors subsequent to the migratory project, all the determinants that influence the process of this form of mobility are analyzed in this work. The non-return, with all the indicators associated with it and the effects it generates, is passed through a fine comb. After the studies, all the Senegalese learners will not be able to realize their migratory objectives in France, suggesting a high propensit for return. However, economic, occupational, family or social criteria are evaluated by the students as having to govern the end of the migratory cycle. And social reintegration and integration into the workforce must be as successful as possible, because the benefits of runoff.

Cette thèse est une étude sociologique de la migration des étudiants sénégalais, du retour et du non-retour après la formation en France et de leurs effets sur les contextes d'origine. Du cadre socio-historique aux autres facteurs subséquents au projet migratoire, tous les déterminants qui influent sur le processus de cette forme de mobilité sont analysés dans ce travail. Le non-retour, avec tous les indicateurs qui lui sont associés et les effets qu'il engendre, est passé au peigne fin. Après les études, tous les apprenants sénégalais n'arriveront pas à réaliser leurs objectifs migratoires en France ; ce qui laisse présager une grande propension au retour. Cependant, des critères économiques, professionnels, familiaux ou sociaux sont évalués par les étudiants comme devant régir la fin de cycle migratoire. Et la réinsertion sociale et l'insertion professionnelle doivent être réussies le mieux possible, parce que, de cette réussite, dépendront les bénéfices des effets de ruissellement.
