Abstract EN:

The present research concerns the conflicts, both intrapersonal and interpersonal, generated by a situation of acculturation that the algerian society is facing. It is an attempt at delineating these conflicts by combining two techniques: a questionnaire study and a projective test. The data collected are presented in four important parts: -the first part involves the results of an opinion survey. Both quantitative and qualitative types of analyses are performed and provided. The results of the survey are also extensively discussed and their theoretical implications are considered. -the second part of this research is related to the investigation of parent-child relationships. Wich has been achieved through the use of the "test des trois personnages", by using subjects identifications (with highly valued characters of the story) as a projective approach for analysing these relationships. -the third part provides an analysis of acculturation conflicts with in the traditional-modern theoretical framework, using again the "ttp" -finally, some clinical data are provided wich involve the clinical dimension of acculturation conflicts.
