Children who are psychotic or seriousely perturbed are prejudzed as being "uneducatable" and often even "unapprochable". In order to establist an "exchange" or a "relationship" it is very important that the teacher has an understanding of the law, and the ability to use and explain symbols. In order to help children who fall into this category it is necessery to create conditions which are found in some institutions, which specealise in this type of case. Teachers are therefore confronted with serious problems in the execution of their work. The reason for this thesis is to try to find a structuration of the professional identity following a problematic that takes into account the project, the role, and the strategys to try to elucidate, what is done and who is doing it - in a priori impossible relationship - which is nevertheless imposed, often no avaid, but sometimes efficacious.

Abstract FR:

Les enfants psychotiques ou gravement perturbes sur le plan de la personnalite sont presupposes "ineducables", ou du moins "inaccessibles", pour instaurer un echange ou une relation; a plus forte raison s'il s'agit de relation pedagogique necessairement fondee sur l'apprentissage de la loi et sur l'utilisation de la fonction symbolique. En outre cette prise en charge s'impose dans des conditions particulieres remplis par certains milieux institutionnels specialises. De ces faits et de leurs consequences l'instituteur specialise est confronte au maximum de difficultes dans l'exercice de sa fonction. C'est pourquoi ce travail etudie la structuration de l'identite professionnelle selon une problematique qui prend en compte le projet, le role et les strategies mises en oeuvre pour tenter d'elucider ce qui s'opere et ce qui opere dans cette rencontre a priori impossible, pourtant imposee, souvent inutile, parfois efficace.
