Abstract EN:

This research explore the training field but it also submits the matter to the psychoanalysis. It shows how the disposition, beyond his organizational role, as the frame into the psychoanalysis process, assume an unconscious function, unconscious process but it also stabilizes and reinforces them; the relation to the frame progress according to the three moments of the dialectic motion. 1. We can differentiate, into the woof of the pedagogical process, a peculiar disposition that i propose to call a "practical pattern of institutional efficiency". It is, such a containing-contained, an implicit reference to found the group setting and also it works as a comportemental patten into the socio-professional environment; in this case, the frame is introjected. 2. If, on the contrary, the frame ic called in question, disputed or asubject of aggression, it follows some mental confusion, some sideration or, that i call "institutional somatic disorders" i. E. Unconscious phenomena relating to the psychosis. 3. The frame is a receptacle for the projections, stabilizes the unconcious picture of the body and holds the symbiotic relation. Its spacio-temporal composition, materialized, gives to the uncouncious the adequate insurance in order that works a symbolic effectiveness : the signals transmitted are understood by the uncouncious in so far as they speak its language, that of the signs.

Cette recherche explore le champ de la formation tout en se referant a la psy chanalyse. Elle montre qu'au dela de son role organisationnel, le dispositif, dans les pratiques de formation, comme le cadre dans la cure analytique, assure des fonctions inconscientes, habituellement moins percues. Il permet l'emergence et la transformation de processus insconscients mais il peut egalement les fixer et les renforcer. Le rapport au cadre evolue selon les trois temps du mouvement dialectique. 1. On peut distinguer, dans la trame des methodes pedagogiques, un dispositif singulier que j'ai propose d'appeller" modele pratique de competence institutionnel". Il constitue, tel un contenant-contenu, une reference implicite pour instituer la situation groupale et fonctionne egalement comme modele comportemental dans un milieu socio-professionnel donne. Dans ce cas, le cadre est interiorise. 2. Lorsqu'au contraire, le cadre est remis en cause, conteste ou agresse, il peut s'ensuivre de la confusion mentale, de la sideration ou ce que je nomme des "somatisations institutionelles" c'est a dire des phenomenes inconscients d'ordre psychotiques. 3. Ce cadre fait fonction de receptacle pour les projections, fixe l'image inconsciente du corps et maintient le lien fusinnel. Sa constitution spatio-temporelle, materialisee, offre a l'inconscient les garanties suffisantes pour que fonctionne une efficacite symbolique: les signaux emis sont entendus par l'inconscient dans la mesure ou ils parlent son langage, celui des signes.
