Starting with the s. Freud writtens, crossing partly the psychoanalytic literature (g. Groddeck, s. Ferenczi, w. Reich and p. Marty from the paris psychosomatic school), i arrive to the j. Lacan's teaching to built a knowledge about the psychosomatic in the freudian side. Unlike the somatic symptom in the medical talk, the somatic manifestation in the psychoanalysis understanding rely on a phenomenum and not on a symptom.

Avec comme point de depart les ecrits de s. Freud, traversant en partie la litterature analytique (g. Groddeck, s. Ferenczi, w. Reich et p. Marty de l'ecole psychosomatique de paris), j'aboutis a l'enseignement de j. Lacan pour elaborer un savoir sur la psychosomatique dans le champ freudien. A la difference du symptome somatique dans le discours medical, la manifestation somatique au sens analytique est rapportable a un phenomene et non a un symptome.
