Abstract EN:

One way of understanding the acknowledgement of crime lies in the psychological approach to the intrapsychic and interpersonal dimensions of interrogation (police questioning and cross-examination), studied in the "practitioners of confession" perspective : police inspectors, police superintendants (officers of judicial police) and examining judges. The study of different ways the "pratictioner of confession" : - represents to himself the confession, the act of confessing, and the role of the practitioner of confession, - invests psychialy (cathexix) the confession, the role of the practitioner of confession, and the accused person, brings us to the hypothesis that a "work of confession" can exist. This psychical working out process in the accused person depends on the position -role position, subjective position- occupied by the practitioner of confession with regard to him.

Une voie de comprehension de l'aveu penal reside dans l'approche psychologique des dimensions intrapsychique et interpersonnelle de l'interrogatoire (interrogatoire policier et interrogatoire d'instruction), etudiee dans la perspective des praticiens de l'aveu : policiers (officiers de police judiciaire) et juges d'instruction. L'examen des differentes manieres dont le praticien de l'aveu : - se represente l'aveu, l'acte d'avouer et le role de prati- cie de l'aveu. - investit l'aveu, le role de praticien de l'aveu, et le sujet avouant, nous conduit a faire l'hypothese qu'il peut exister un travail de l'aveu. Ce processus d'elaboration psychique a l'oeuvre chez le sujet avouant, est dependant de la position -position de role, position subjective- occupee par le praticien de l'aveu vis-a-vis de celui-ci.
