The objective of this thesis is to discern the process of disconnection of representations in the course of growing old in order to apprehend an ultimate recourse of identisation at the old age. It is composed of five chapters. Frist two present the stake of identity in t he old age confronted by divers specialities and by clinical psychopathology. The third section expose a methodology of the test of the village in order to put in experimentation the signs of growing old. The analysis of these signs is the object of the fourth chapterstarting from the clinical interpretation of the eight protocols. The last part puts foward a thesis that in front of disconnection of unit representation the subject of old age finds a minimum reassuring presence in frequenting of "aesthesis" dimension of the one.

L'objectif de cette these est de saisir quel est le processus de deliaison des representations au cours du vieillissement afin d'apprehender un ultime recours d'identisation au grand age. Elle est composee de cinq chapitres. Les deux premiers presentent les enjeux de l'identite au grand age confrontee aux diverses specialites et a la psychopathologie clinique. La troisieme partie expose une methodologie du test du village pour une mise en experimentation des signes du vieillissement. L'analyse de ces signes fait l'objet du quatrieme chapitre a partir de l'interpretation clinique des huit protocoles. La derniere partie avance pour these que face a la deliaison de la representation unitaire le sujet au grand age trouve un minimum de presence rassurante dans la frequentation de la dimension "aesthesique" du un.
