The aim is to show that, on the basis of two psychoanalytical concepts, such as the looking-glass phase (analysed in particular by jacques lacan) and narcissism, to which the study of language learning by children gives a specific echo, a new psychoanalytical theorization of the notion of imaginary can emerge. This imaginary --articulated by its original driving spot on the imaginal, and, while connected with the symbolic, speads out within the imaginarization, -- constitutes the very ground of the aesthetic feeling.

A partir de deux concepts psychanalytiques tels que le stade du miroir (analyse notamment par jacques lacan) et le narcissisme, auxquels l'etude de l'apprentissage du langage chez l'enfant vient donner une resonnance particuliere, il s'agit de montrer qu'une nouvelle theorisation psychanalytique de la notion d'imaginaire peut se degager ; cet imaginaire articule sur son lieu pulsionnel d'origine ou imaginal, et se deployant dans l'imaginarisation en relation avec le symbolique, est au fondement meme du sentiment esthetique.
