The cases supporting these problematics are handled by the medico-pedagogic and professional institution for adolescents in the urban muslim moroccan context at the crossing of a therapic, economic and cultural diversity. The thesis aims at the elucidating the following six hypothesis : - the importance of the socio-cultural context and its impact on the mental handicap of the adolescent, - the multi-causality of mental handicap in morocco, - the representation of the mental handicap among the mentally handicapped adolescents from a restricted sample of abuse, - problematics of handling from case-studies of psychotics, epileptics, mental defectives and new-borns abandonned, - the double castration of the mother, castrated by the fact of to be a woman and to be the mother of a mentally handicapped boy, - the adolescence and the "pubertarian" are disturbed by the mental handicap. The methodology used was observation, case-study, discussion, projective methods and analysis of contents.

Les cas étayant ces problématiques sont pris en charge par l'institution médico-pédagogique et professionnelle pour adolescents dans le contexte marocain, musulman et citadin, aux croisements d'une diversité culturelle, économique et thérapeutique. La thèse a eu pour objectif d’élucider les six hypothèses suivantes : - l'importance du contexte socio-culturel et son impact sur le handicap mental de l'adolescent, - la multicausalité du handicap mental au Maroc, - la représentation du handicap mental chez les adolescents handicapes mentaux a partir d'un corpus restreint d'injures, - les problématiques de la prise en charge a partir d’études de cas de psychotiques, épileptiques, débiles et nouveau-nés abandonnes, - la double castration de la mère, castrée par le fait d’être femme et d’être mère d'un garçon handicape mental, - l'adolescence et le "pubertaire" sont perturbes par le handicap mental. La méthodologie adoptée a été l'observation, l’étude de cas, l'entretien, les méthodes projectives et l'analyse des contenus.
