The methodical perspectives tend to analyse the structures of prostitution in its connection to the classification and the reclassification of the women : the study of the classification of the women are conducted from a specific field in the organization against prostitution, which we have tried to interpret the history, the structure and the fonction supporting the observation and the clinical analyse of these conflicts. The argumentation is situated in according to un interactif order which presents three ensembles : individual, ideology, institution. Hypothes : the specific discours of the social classification and the reclassification produces a gliding towards emptyness and closing. From discours to practise there is a desire of death of the other. The objective of the classification and the reclassification contains the disclassification of the subject : a rapport of deny and annulation. The thesis consists of three parts : i. The classification and the reclassification of the feminin sexuality studied in according to the developpement of a discours of the deviate woman in the construction of a sanitary and social sector. Ii. "the syndrome of the empty nid" consists of the study of the destructive effects of the social and institutional discours of prostitution (. . . )

Les perspectives methodologiques tentent un analyse de la structure prostitutionnelle dans son rapport a la classification et au reclassement des femmes. L'etude de la classification des femmes est menee a partir d'un terrain specifique a l'organisation de lutte contre la prostitution, dont nous avons essaye de dechiffrer l'histoire, la structure et le fonctionnement en prenant appui sur l'observation et l'analyse clinique de ses conflits. L'argumentation a ete placee suivant un ordre interactif presentant trois donnees d'ensemble : individu, ideologie, institution. L'hypothese : le discours specifique a la classification et au reclassement social, produit un glissement dans le vide et les fermetures. Du discours a la pratique se trouve instauree une volonte de mort de l'autre. L'objectif du classement et du reclassement comporte le declassement du sujet : un rapport de desaveu et d'annulation. La these comprend 3 parties : i. Le classement et le reclassement de la sexualite feminine etudies d'apres le developpement d'un discours sur la femme deviante dans la construction d'un secteur sanitaire et social. Ii. "le syndrome du nid vide" comporte l'etude des effets destructeurs du discours social et institutionnel de la prostitution ; ses enjeux et modalites nous conduisent a l'analyse du systeme de croyance ainsi que les nouvelles modifications ideologiques qui lui sont apportees. Iii. Apres avoir etudie les themes lies a la reproduction du meme (la copie), l'hypothese de rupture (. . . )
