The first part of this thesis questions the logic of schizophrenic speeches. It proceeds in a double direction : on one side it refers to the fruitful bleuler's contribution about the schizophrenic symptomatology; on the other side the schizophrenic speeches themselves play a role of critic of bleuler's presuppositions, specially of there implicit cartesanism. The framework is the following one : dissociation (chapter 1), delusions (chapter 2), neologisms (chapter 3), ambivalence (chapter 4) the second part of this thesis turns towards the question of the psychic processes in schizophrenia. It refers to freud's hypotheses on the succession of stages called in a psychotic episode (chapter 5). Il develops also lacan's contribution, and what it brings to the understanding of the diachrony of schizophrenic symptomatology (chapter 6). From there, it comes back to the structure of the dissociated speeches, in particular about the questions of temporality and of sexuality (chapter 7). Then, after having tried to clarify the articulations of the schizophrenic speeches, it moves on the difficulties and possibilities of the transference for these subjects (chapter 8).

Partant de fragments de discours schizophrenes recueillis dans le cadre d'une pratique psychiatrique, leurs agencements particuliers sont interroges dans la premiere partie de ce travail, en procedant pour ce faire dans une double direction : d'une part on se refere aux apports de bleuler sur la symptomatologie schizophrene, apports fort fructueux, dont la portee reste cependant limitee par ce qu'on peut nommer le cartesiannisme inquestionne de bleuler; aussi, dans un questionnement de direction inverse, fait-on jouer le discours schizophrene comme critique des presupposes bleuleriens, via ce qu'ils font ressortir du texte propre de descartes. Le plan en est la suivant : dissociation (chapitre 1), hallucinations (chapitre 2), neologismes (chapitre 3), ambivalence (chapitre 4). Apres la premiere partie consacree a un abord descriptif du discours schizophrene, on examine dans la seconde partie une deduction des processus psychiques a l'oeuvre, en s'appuyant sur les hypotheses de freud quant a la succession des phases intervenant dans un declenchement psychotique (chapitre 5). On s'interesse egalement aux apports de lacan, notamment a sa notion de forclusion du nom-du-pere et a ce qu'elle permet de degager dans la diachronie des manifestations schizophreniques (chapitre 6). On revient de la sur la structure en allusion des discours dissocies, en indiquant ce qui s'y inscrit des differentes phases du processus, et en particulier comment s'y agencent les questions de la temporalite et de la sexuation (chapitre 7).
