This research analyses in a indirect but general and deep approach certain mechanisms involved in the reception of broad-casted messages. A synergy between the survey and the experimental approach shows that the normative orientations of the receivers and the strength related to the norms are important determinants of the messages' reception. The orientations include cultural phenomena as well physical features culturally interpreted in a situation on conflictual link between different populations. The "emprise" of aesthetical appreciation made possible the experimental setting of the subjects in a participative and aesthetic appreciation position. The subjects' judgement of others varies according to this position. The phenomena ruling aesthetical norms came out in the fluctuations of the norms : the subjects may be or not under an unavoidable attack affecting their aesthetical dignity (obsidionalite); they may be in different phases of psycho-social mood. Thus in a stimulating phase the attacked subjects show a narrow appreciation, a purging and a stiffening of their inner norms; a safe atmosphere entails a large-seale appreciation (judgements) and sometimes allow's excentric normative antburts. In a deppressive or redditive phase, the experiments shows a preference for "hybrid" attitudes, a high normative instability, with wide and fast oscillations, a loss of orientations close to what durkheim calles "anomy".
