L'adolescence : au-delà des accidents, le concours d'éléments structuraux

We first interrogate the origin of the notion of adolescence. Secondly, we interrogate puberty through Freud's work. We attempt to set some light on the paradoxical links that appear at the same moment as puberty appears with all the meaning that sexuality ties up with it. From there, we conclude that juvenile processes give the forms and the resources necessary for the subjective reinstatement that is adolescence. In the prospect, adolescence appears as a porcess of "subjectivation" arisen at a particular moment of libidinal life : puberty. It appears as the updating of the story of the drive and becomes the "afterward moment" where events, which desire was confronted to, reveal themselves. This means that in the same movement puberty inaugurates a new link of the subject with infantile sexuality. Meanwhile, in the light of new knowledge that bring the awakening of the drive, the subject begins to reinterpret his (her) childhood memories in the "afterward moment". Adolescence is therefore the reorganization and the rewriting of the infantile from this new data introducing the awakening of the drive. However, after having demonstrated the hypotheses according to which is in fact the realization of infantile sexuality, we take a step further. Indeed, the process of temporal feedback which introduces the latency period and the afterward moment, is going to allow us to consider, under the term of realization and afterward integration, two fundamental elements : first, the paternal function which establishes a crucial epicentre in the psychic structuralization of the subject, and second the phallic significant which introduces the subject into the oedipal structure, and finally determines the way both sexes recognize themselves and differ from each other. We then develop the encounter of a structure that actualizes itself as adolescence and something that the subject does not expect : the Other sex and the non sexual rapport.

Dans un premier temps, nous avons interrogé l'origine de la notion d'adolescence. Dans un deuxième temps, nous interrogeons au travers de Freud, la puberté. Nous nous attachons à éclairer les rapports paradoxaux qui émergent au moment même où la puberté apparaît avec toute la signification que la sexualité noue avec elle. A partir de là, nous concluons que les processus pubertaires donnent les formes et les ressources nécessaires à la réintégration subjective qu'est l'adolescence. Dans cette perspective l'adolescence apparaît comme un processus de subjectivation survenu à un moment particulier de la vie libidinale : la puberté. Elle apparaît comme l'actualisation de l'histoire de la pulsion et devient un temps d'après-coup où se révèlent les vicissitudes auxquelles était confronté le désir. Ceci veut dire que dans un même mouvement la puberté inaugure un nouveau rapport du sujet avec la sexualité infantile. En même temps, à la lumière des connaissances nouvelles que procurent le réveil de la pulsion, le sujet commence à réinterpréter, dans l'après-coup, ses souvenirs d'enfance. L'adolescence est ainsi le remaniement et la réécriture de l'infantile à partir de cette nouvelle donne introduite par le réveil de la pulsion. Or, après avoir fait la démonstration de l'hypothèse selon laquelle l'adolescence est en fait l'actualisation de la sexualité infantile, nous faisons un pas de plus. En effet, le processus de rétroaction temporelle, qui introduit la préiode de latence et le temps de l'après-coup, va nous permettre de considérer, sous le terme d'actualisation et d'intégration dans l'après-coup, deux éléments fondamentaux : celui de la fonction paternelle qui constitue un épicentre crucial dans la structuration psychique du sujet et celui du signifiant phallique qui introduit le sujet dans sa structure oedipienne et détermine finalement la façon dont les deux sexes se reconnaissent et se différencient. Après nous développons la rencontre entre une struture qui s'"actualise comme adolescence et quelque chose à quoi le sujet ne s'attend pas : l'Autre sexe et le non-rapport sexuel.
