This research analyses psychical construction dynamics among a group of adults autistic subjects living ID an institution. The five years clinical care of four of them resulted in a hypothesis that all identity is sexual. The sexuality is a motor of all identity's construction and by the autistic subjects, it takes a form of perversion. The autistic manœuvres - scenarios and scenes - are the "tools" for overcoming the fundamental failure. Nevertheless its absence, the concept of object operates ("shadow-object"). The scenarios try to build up a relation to the other, the World, the self; they are substitutes of thinking; they are" addressed" to the other (look/see) aiming his desire and his sexual enjoyment. Fantasizing and representative activities cling to the body - place of the desire presenting (theatrical representation). The sexual behaviours are the phantasms put into images, they can be modified by the meeting with the other "multiple". The autistic subject uses the psychism of the other like a "prosthesis". The Clinical Part identifies the degree of the autistic psychical integration and proposes a first theoretical-clinical structure. The Theoretical Part endeavours to theorise the structure of the sexuality and the narcissism and identity integration (Object; Impulse; Anxiety; Transitional Space; Phantasm; Sexual; Identity; Icons, Scenarios, Scenes). The confrontation with the irreducibility of the other, meeting his radical otherness breaks an opening inside the autistic system - the destiny of the psychical construction is to go on.

Ce travail analyse la dynamique de la construction psychique chez les sujets autistes adultes accueillis en institution. Le suivi clinique de quatre sujets sur la période de cinq ans a abouti à l'hypothèse que l'identité ne peut être que sexuelle. La sexualité est le moteur de toute construction identitaire, elle se manifeste comme perversion chez le sujet autiste adulte. Les manœuvres autistiques - scénarios et mise en scènes - servent en partie comme "outils" pour colmater la faille fondamentale. Le concept de l'objet opère, malgré son absence ("l'objet-ombre"). Les manœuvres-scénarios tentent d'établir une relation à l'autre, au Monde et au soi ; ils remplacent le travail de la pensée. Ils sont adressés à l'autre (regard), visent son désir et sa jouissance. L'activité représentative et fantasmatique s'étaye directement sur le corps : de source et support pulsionnel, il devient le lieu de présentation (représentation théâtrale) du désir. Les manifestations de la sexualité sont des fantasmes mis en image, ils se modifient par les rencontres avec l'autre "multiple". Le psychisme de l'autre sert de "prothèse" au sujet autiste. La Partie Clinique repère le niveau d'organisation psychique du sujet, procède à la première articulation théorico-clinique ; la Partie Théorique tente de théoriser l'articulation des manifestations sexuelles avec l'intégration narcissique et identitaire (Objet ; Pulsion ; Angoisse ; Espace Transitionnel ; Fantasme ; Sexuel ; Identité ; Icônes, Scénarios, Mise en scènes). La rencontre avec l'irréductibilité de l'autre, avec son altérité radicale instaure une ouverture dans le système autistique - la destinée de la construction psychique est de poursuivre son chemin.
