Le concept de complémentarité des sexes : intérêt pour une spécificité métapsychologique de l'adolescent

My work is based upon the sex complementarity concept. This concept was first developed by Philippe Gutton in 1982, to theorically describe the initial time of the pubertaire, an irreversible passage from the child sexuality, phallic/castrated, to the mature sexuality refering to the complementary sex. This concept is relevant for my research because it makes puberty physical alterations integrated into the psychic ones of the pubertaire ; in using notions of originaire pubertaire ; (Piera Aulagnier) and reel pubertaire (Jacques Lacan). For my own part, this define a metapsychologic specificity of the pubertaire. The first part of my research concentrates on this concept (from an historical point of view as well as its exegesis). The second part focus on possible connections with other analytical theories to date. In this regards, I comment some Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan texts. My findings are as follow : the concept of sex complementary and reel pubertaire; may translate and link the shift of erogenal zone from clitoris to vagina as described by Sigmund Freud with the connection to the reel, specific of the female climax, as find in the lacanienne theory. The complementary sex which appearance sets the pubertaire appears to be the female sex : l'autre sexe ; the sex that defy from all symbolization or "imaginarisation" because it has to be understand as part of the reel;. On that ground, I comment a few analytical texts dealing with female sexuality and highlight how the metapsychologic specificity of the pubertaire should be considered. I comment thereafter some analytical theorisation on adolescence. Lastly, I confront to the clinical all the theorical contributions uses for this work.

Notre travail est centré sur le concept de complémentarité des sexes. Introduit en 1982 par Philippe Gutton, ce concept décrit sur un plan théorique les premiers temps du pubertaire, temps du passage irréversible de la sexualité infantile, phallique/castrée, à celle mature, reférée au sexe complémentaire. L'intérêt de ce concept est l'intégration qu'il permet des modifications physiques de la puberté dans celles psychiques du pubertaire - à travers les notions d'originaire (Piera Aulagnier) et de réel (Jacques Lacan) pubertaires. Nous y voyons la définition d'une spécificité métapsychologique du pubertaire. Le premier temps de ce travail est constitué par l'étude du concept (historique, références à ce concept). Le deuxième temps est centré sur l'étude d'une articulation possible aux autres théories analytiques existantes. Cela nous conduira à reprendre des textes de Sigmund Freud et des textes lacaniens. Notre constat sera le suivant : les concepts de complémentarité des sexes et de réel pubertaire viennent assurer une traduction et une articulation entre, d'une part, le déplacement de zone érogène du clitoris au vagin chez la jeune fille décrit par Sigmund Freud et, d'autre part, le rapport au réel propre à la jouissance féminine retrouve dans la théorie lacanienne. Le sexe complémentaire, dont l'apparition marque le pubertaire, se révèle donc être celui féminin : l'autre sexe - écrit avec un grand A pour venir marquer son inscription sous un statut de réel (échappant ainsi à tout imaginarisation et symbolisation). A partir de ces propositions, nous reprendrons certains textes analytiques ayant trait à la sexualité féminine et constaterons en quoi la non prise en compte de la spécificité métapsychologique du pubertaire vient faire défaut. Nous étudierons également certains textes de théorisation analytique de l'adolescence. La dernière partie de ce travail sera constituée par la confrontation à la clinique de l'ensemble des apports théoriques ainsi accumulés.
