This thesis finds its origin in iterative clinical observations of a suicidal adolescent population hospitalized in psychiatric hospital. Temporal grammatical inversions pointed out in their discourse about their suicidal reaction question their subjective temporal registration. The tools of research employed to explore this hypothesis are organized in two parts : a clinical interview and some projective tests (T. A. T. , "Phrases à compléter de Stein"). This material is designed for a population made up of two adolescents who never thought of suicide and five suicidal adolescents (girls only). What matters is to evaluate how this grammatical expression is linked with the unconscious, in an address an Other. This manifestation is questionned from a developmental view, before considering them with the psychoanalytic theory. The concept of temporal horizon doesn't make easier the comprehension of the phenomenon which was noticed. Attempted suicide is then considered as a "failure" in the temporal registration of the young suicidal girl. It takes place in a transitory inhibition of the psychic analysis process and shows also a personnality organisation structured with an unsteady report of castration.

Ce travail de thèse puise son origine dans des observations cliniques itératives d'une population d'adolescents suicidants hospitalisés en milieu psychiatrique. Les inversions grammaticales temporelles relevées dans leur discours dont le contexte concerne le passage à l'acte suicidaire questionnent leur inscription temporelle subjective. Pour ce faire, les outils de recherche employés s'organisent autour de deux axes : un entretien clinique et la passation de tests projectifs (T. A. T. , phrases à compléter de Stein). Ce matériel est proposé à une population composée de deux adolescentes tout-venant et de cinq adolescentes suicidantes. Il est question de voir comment l'expression grammaticale de ces jeunes filles fait surgir un rapport à soi inconscient, dans une adresse portée à l'Autre. Ces manifestations sont interrogées sous un angle développemental, avant de les considérer à la lumière de la théorie psychanalytique. Le concept d'horizon temporel ne rend effectivement compte que trop imparfaitement des phénomènes observés. La tentative de suicide est alors considérée comme un " ratage " de l'inscription temporelle de la jeune suicidante et s'inscrit dans une inhibition transitoire des processus d'élaboration psychique. Elle témoigne encore d'une organisation de personnalité structurée sur le mode d'un rapport à la castration insuffisamment résolu.
