This thesis made on the alternance training context, is centered under the analysis of the critical competencies of the "security fonctionnals", more precisely these relationship to the regulations and to the life of the firm. We propose different categorizations of the modalities with which "security fonctionals" act and propose to qualify this profession ok "security fonctionnals", by two characteristics : 1- the compromise with three risks management (human accidents, regulation and production), and the strategy to put up the relevant information to conceptualize first, the security rules and their evolutions, and the risks of professional accidents of the firm ; 2- the "pragmatisation" process of the knowledge concerning security rules that " security fonctionnals " need to use when they are faced with the operators. This research illustrates what such process is not really considered during the training, whatever essential it may be for such "alternance" training

Cette thèse constituée dans le contexte de la formation par alternance, est centrée sur l'analyse des compétences estimées critiques des " fonctionnels sécurité ". Nous établissons deux caractérisations du métier : 1- le compromis dans la gestion de trois risques (accidents, écarts à la réglementation et production), aussi que les stratégies de prise d'information propres à conceptualiser d'une part la réglementation et ses évolutions, ainsi que les éléments spécifiques à l'entreprise ; 2- le processus de "pragmatisation" des connaissances concernant la réglementation : ses caractéristiques, certains aspects de sa mise en œuvre chez les fonctionnels sécurité confronté à devoir entraîner les opérateurs à l'action sécurité. Cette recherche illustre comment un tel processus n'est pas pris en compte au cours de la formation, alors même qu'elle se situe dans le cadre de la formation par alternance, censée être plus proche de l'action
