Of is a longitudinal clinical work with seven patients suffering from cancer, and with whom i both assumed a clinical survey as neurologist, and a psychotherapy. I choose as therapeutic tool the concept of projection developped by sami ali. Indeed a deficiency of projective activity is in evidence in the " banal" wich brings sami ali to face the problem of somatisation in function of the manifestations of the projective activity, the association of a successfull repression of the imaginary to a situation of insolvable "impasse" favours the appearance of clinical illness. I was interested in the duality between real and imaginary body and in the image of my patients' body in their relations to the maternal image. For this i encouraged the return of oniric activity. I estimated that dreaming is an attempt to overstep the traumatism thanks to the projection the dream creates, a reality materialised by the body itself and wich escapes to contradiction, and wich may answer to the impasse contradiction. I considered dreaming as an equivalent of symbolyc pay. And through this activity i aimed to go backward the events wich were cause of the impasse.

Il s'agit d'un travail clinique longitudinal de sept patients atteints d'un cancer , dont j'ai assure a la fois une surveillance clinique en tant que medecin neurologue, et en meme temps une psychotherapie. J'ai choisi le concept de projection developpe par sami ali, comme outil therapeutique. En effet, une insuffisance de l'activite projective est mise en evidence dans le banal, ce qui ramene sami ali a poser le probleme de la somatisation en fonction de l'ensemble des manifestations de cette activite projective: l'association d'un refoulement reussi de l'imaginaire a une situation d'impasse insoluble favorise l'apparition d'une maladie organique. Je me suis interesse a la dualite corps reel corps imaginaire, et a l'image du corps de mes patients dans leurs relations a la figure maternelle. Pour cette raison j'ai encourage le retour de l'activite onirique. J'ai estime que le reve est une tentative de depasser le traumatisme, grace a la projection que le reve cree une realite materialisee par le corps propre et qui echappe a la contradiction, et qui peut repondre a la contradiction de l'impasse. J'ai considere le reve comme equivalent de paye symbolique. Et a travers cette activite. J'ai vise a remonter en amont des evenements cause de l'impasse.
