The object of this research is to study the evolution of the politic systel of taiwan and her reformation. At first, we study the role of taiwan in chinese history. Next, we analyse the main part of the five powers' 1947 constitution and the "temporary provisions" which has controled the politic life of taiwan from 1948 to 1991. And then, we study the processes of the democratization in taiwan during the past few years and compare them with the experiences of democratization in south korea and the thailand. Finally, we analyse the constitutional problems of taixan after the democratization and her revision in ordre to resolving the insufficiency of the constitutional fonction.

Le sujet de cette recherche est axe sur l'evolution du systeme politique et sa reforme a taiwan. Nous allons d'abord etudier le role de taiwan dans l'histoire chinoise. Par la suite, nous analyserons l'essentiel de la constitution a cinq pouvoirs de 1947 et les "dispositions temporaires" qui dominaient la vie politique. Puis nous etudierons le processus de democratisation du regime de taiwan et ferons un essai comparatif avec les experiences de reformes democratiques de la coree du sud et de la thailande. Enfin, nous traiterons les problemes constitutionnels nes apres la democratisation du regime, les revisions faites pour resoudre les insuffisances de fonctionnement et les perspectives du systeme politique de taiwan.
