Between 1967-1983, the arab world knew a rich period of treaties and agreements destined to bring into existence the alliances in the middle east. In the beginning, it was the united arab republic's experience whose objective consisted in opposing israel. But, this union was destined to oppose all political parties at its inside. On it's part, egypt signed a treaty with soviet union in order to oppose israel. In fact the soviets helped the egyptians in their war against israel. Sadat decided to expulse the soviets'presence from egypt and from the middle east. In this case, he followed the politics'kissinger in the region. He concluded a peace treaty with the jwesh state to create an anti-soviet block in the middle east. Later, the egypt was ousted from the arab league. The iran-iraqi war has change the situations in the arabe world where certain arab blocks had been created to the detriment of the arab league which facilitated the israelian attack against the arabs and the nationalistic feelings were completely replaced by the rise of the regionalistic feelings.

Entre 1967 et 1983, le monde arabe a connu une periode riche d' accords et de traites destines a realiser des alliances au moyenorient. Au depart, ce fut l'experience de l'union des republiques arabes dont l'objectif consistait a s'opposer a israel. Mais, celui-ci s'en est servi contre les partis politiques au sein de cet organisme. De son cote, l'egypte a conclu un traite avec l' u. R. S. S. Afin de s'opposer a israel. En effet, les sovietiques ont aide les egyptiens dans leur guerre de liberation. Mais sadate a decide de se debarrasser de la presence sovietique en egypte en egypte et au moyen-orient. A cet egard, il a poursuivi la politique de kissinger dans la region en concluant un traite de paix avec l'etat hebreu pour creer un bloc anti-sovietique. Plus tard, l'egypte fut expulsee de la ligue arabe. Quant a l'u. R. S. S. , elle a renforce sa presence dans le golfe au travers de traites conclus avec certains pays du golfe. Toutefois la guerre irako-iranienne a change la situation dans le monde arabe ou certains regroupements arabes ont ete mis en place au detriment de la ligue arabe. Ceci a facilite, d'un cote, l'attaque israelienne contre les arabes et, de l'autre, la montee des sentiments region alistes au detriment de ceux qui sont nationalistes.
