Abstract EN:

This thesis hopes to contribute to the improvement of existing financial analysis techniques by providing a more sophisticated tool for evaluating the performance of small mediumsized firms. The proposal attempts to reconcile the advocates of the cash-flow method and the proponents of the method based on the capacoty to generate funds internally, both schools of thought providing material for the elaboration of a new technique bridging the opposing doctrines. Finally, a case study is explored using the expert system fiable, whose data base works according to the principles described herein.

Cette these tente d'apporter une contribution a l'amelioration des methodes actuelles d'analyse financiere, donc a l'elaboration de diagnostics plus performants dans l'appreciation de la sante et de l'evolution des petites et moyennes entreprises. Pour parvenir a ce but, elle veut etre un outil de reconciliation entre les tenants de la methode des flux de la capacite d'autofinancement dont elle utilise les materiaux pour aboutir a une proposition d'analyse financiere qui puisse constituer un tronc commun aux differentes doctrines. Enfin, a partir du systeme expert fiable dont la base de connaissance utilise les principes exposes dans la mthode proposee d'analyse financiere, un cas concret est traite, puis analyse.
