As all professionals working in the current economic context, the accountants try to improve their process performance. This thesis has the results of an empirical study undertaken 105 accountants of the banking sector in Europe. The results show that the impact of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) on the performance of the accounting and financial processes is real but not very significant

Comme tous les professionnels oeuvrant dans le contexte économique actuel, les comptables cherchent à améliorer la performance de leurs processus. Cette thèse présente les résultats d’une étude empirique menée auprès de 105 comptables du secteur bancaire en Europe. Les résultats montrent que l’impact des ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sur la performance des processus comptables et financiers est réel mais peu significatif.
