Veille anticipative stratégique en PMI : vers un nouvel usage des sites web pour provoquer des informations "terrain" afin d'amorcer des innovations : concepts, instrumentation et validation

This thesis falls under the continuation of the LESCA team's works concerning Anticipatory Environmental Scanning - Collective Intelligence and the seeking of anticipatory information of the method LESCAnning. The objective was to explore an innovating use of the SME's Web site to provoque "in-the-field" and spontaneous information which emergent through constructive interactions between the company and the visitors of its Web site. These interactions are caused by a process (the method Web-MAPIOT) and could help to start innovations. Our research is of exploratory nature, tested by means of "Ingénierique" Research within SME, which is used by us as ground of virtual anchoring. We present the observations collected during a longitudinal evolutionary and continuous intervention. The exploitation of the observations led us to clarify the results and the practical and theoretical results of our research, as well as the ways of future research.

Cette thèse s'inscrit dans la suite des travaux de l'équipe LESCA concernant la Veille Anticipative Stratégique - Intelligence Collective et la Traque d'informations anticipatives de la méthode LESCAnning. L'objectif était d'explorer un usage innovant du site Web pour provoquer des informations qui émergent du terrain au travers d'interactions constructives entre l'entreprise et les visiteurs du site Web. Ces interactions sont suscitées par un procédé approprié (la méthode Web-MAPIOT) et peuvent aider à amorcer des innovations. Notre démarche est de nature exploratoire, expérimentée au moyen de Recherche Ingénierique au sein d'une PMI que nous sert de terrain d'ancrage virtuel. Nous présentons les observations recueillies au cours d'une intervention longitudinale, évolutive et continue dans le temps. L'exploitation des observations nous a conduit à expliciter les résultats et les enseignements pratiques et théoriques de notre recherche, ainsi que les voies de recherches futures.
