Abstract EN:

This thesis describes and explains the formation of the entrepreneurial intetnion of students which follow entrepreneurial training. The central idea is to understand the incetive of the these programs, as well as the influence of situational and individual variables on the entrepreneurial intention. The last one represents an important step of the upstream entrepreneurial processus. Within hypethetical deductive model, we describe and analyse the entrepreneurial intention by considering three groups of factors : attitudes toward behavior, subjectives norms and perceived behavioral control. This model is validated through a comparative survey between students which folow entrepreneurial programs and a pilot population of students of DESS "CAEE : administration certificate". The distinctive critere is the not follow up of entrepreneurial programs and trainings.

Cette thèse décrit et explique la formation de l'intention entrepreneuriale des étudiants en gestion suivant des programmes ou des formations en entrepreneuriat. L'idée centrale est de comprendre l'influence de programmes ou de formation en entrepreneuriat, au même titre que les variables situationnelles et personnelles, sur l'intention entrepreneuriale. Cette dernière représente une phase forte du processus entrepreneurial en amont. Au sein d'un modèle hypothético-déductif, nous décrivons et analysons l'intention entrepreneuriale en considérant trois groupes de facteurs : les attitudes associées au comportement, les normes subjectives et les perceptions du contrôle comportemental. Ce modèle est valide pour une étude comparative entre des étudiants suivant des cursus à dominante " entrepreneuriat " et une population en DESS " CAEE ". Le critère distinctif est le non suivi de programmes ou de formations en entrepreneuriat.
