The globalization of the economy, and of the markets; the development of new techniques of information and communication; the disappearance of the geographical and time barriers, has led to the creation of new forms of organizations in the setting up of strategies within the network and also to new forms of management and of control. The multinational business and the intra organizational relations between the subsidiaries and the parent company gave place to many works. The specificity of the multinational business lies in the fact that it is submitted to a dual problem: on the one hand it must manage the business in its whole and therefore set up the tools of integration, and on the other hand, it undergoes the pressures of the parent company. The present research intends to integrate the problematic of the influence that the evolution of the organizational structures of the multinational business can have on their localization strategies. It is in the perspective of this evolution that the organization of the parent-subsidiary links appear in our research. To do so, first, we will demonstrate how the organizational structures of the multinational business evolve and how they influence the strategies of expansion. Second, we will analyse the interactions of the organizational structures and of the multinational business with their anagement systems by assuming that the latter are both the expression of the decision making process and of the power relationships regulated by the organizational structures. Through the general setting provided by the strategies of expansion according to the evolution of the organizational structures, there is an order of power rule which helps to direct and to ensure the coordination and the control of the organization activities. It is what we mean by monitoring systems. To describe these reports better, we have examined the systems of power and the parent-subsidiarylinks implied in the concept centralization and decentralization.

La mondialisation de l’économie avec l’internationalisation des marchés, le développement de nouvelles techniques d’information et de communication, la disparition des barrières géographiques et temporelles, ont donné lieu à de nouvelles formes d’organisation, des stratégies d’implantation avec le fonctionnement en réseau et de nouvelles formes de management et de contrôle. La firme multinationale (FMN) et les relations intra-organisationnelles entre les filiales et la maison-mère ont donné lieu à de nombreux travaux. La spécificité des FMN réside dans le fait qu’elles sont soumises à un problème dual : d’un côté elles doivent gérer la firme dans son ensemble et donc mettre en place des outils d’intégration, de l’autre elles subissent les pressions de la maison-mère. La présente recherche se propose d’intégrer la problématique de l’influence que peut avoir l’évolution des structures organisationnelles des FMN sur leurs stratégies de localisation. C’est dans la perspective de cette évolution que s’inscrit notre recherche dont l’objectif était de montrer, l’organisation des rapports mère-fille. Pour ce faire, nous démontrerons en premier lieu comment les SO des FM évoluent et comment elles influencent leurs stratégies d’expansion. En deuxième lieu, nous analyserons les interactions des SO des FM avec leurs systèmes de gestion en partant de l'hypothèse que ces derniers sont l'expression des processus de décisions et des relations de pouvoir schématisées et réglementées par les SO. A travers le cadre d’ensemble que fournissent les stratégies d’expansion en fonction de l’évolution des structures organisationnelles, il y a un ordre de règles de pouvoir qui aident à diriger et à assurer la coordination et le contrôle des activités de l’organisation. C’est ce que nous entendons par systèmes de contrôle. Pour mieux décrire ces rapports, nous avons examiné les systèmes de pouvoir et les rapports mère-fille impliqués dans le concept centralisation et décentralisation.
