Les performances de la recherche scientifique universitaire marocaine : déterminants et perspectives

The object of this thesis is to be situated in the relatively new framework of research management. Through an analysis of the performances of those actors in scientific research from moroccan universities, this study has two main objectives: firstly it seeks to contribute to a more precise definition and measurement of the concept of research performance; and secondly, it hopes to improve on the fragmentary approaches used to explain this performance. The methodology adopted calls for an integrative approach using models, based on the joint use of the systemic concepts of "variety", "opening closing", of the cognitive concept of "representation" and finally of the concept of "contingencies".

L'objet de cette these s'inscrit dans le cadre des travaux encore peu frequents sur le management de la recherche. A travers l'etude des performances des acteurs de la recherche scientifique universitaire marocaine, il vise dans un premier temps a contribuer a une definition et a une mesure plus rigoureuses du concept de performance de recherche. Ensuite,il ambitionne notamment de remedier aux approches parcellaires utilisees en matiere d'explication de cette derniere par une approche modelisatrice et integrative, axee sur la mobilisation conjointe des concepts systemiques de "variete" et d'"ouverture fermeture", du concept cognitif de "representation" et du concept de "contingences".
