The question which interests us in this present work focuse, on one side, on the important effect of the oil, as long as the only and dominant sector of exportation on the socio-political and institutional transormation process of the libyan experience , and on other side, his effect on the political-ideological choice of the new republic libyan system and its functionning. It means, the way that the new libyan regime that has been capable, since 1969, but particullary from 1978, claiming the "participating sociolism", to arise a new "social-political and institutional structure.

La question qui nous interesse dans le present travail porte , d'une part, sur le role des hydrocarbures, en tant que seul secteur d'exportation et dominant dans le processus de transformation socio-politique et institutionnel de l'experience libyenne, et d'autre part sur le choix politico-ideologique du regime libyen et son fonctionnement c'est-a-dire sur la maniere dont il a pu, depuis 1969, mais surtout a partir de 1978, tout en revendiquant le socialisme participatif, donner naissance a une nouvelle socio-politique.
