For the land tax the utilization of an information system with centralized data capture let perform the fiscal administration missions. The employement of an information system with distribued data base will get better working and efficiency of administration. But administration must adapt her structures and her resources to the computerization problems.

L'administration fiscale francaise fait appel largement aux moyens modernes de traitement de l'information. En matiere fonciere, l'utilisation de l'informatique centralisee permet d'assurer les missions devolues au service public. Les projets d'informatique repartie permettront d'ameliorer le service public foncier fiscal. Mais l'administration doit adapter ses structures et ses moyens aux contraintes nees de l'informatique.
