Abstract EN:
Arab countries are convinced nuclear power used for the first time during the second world war was a devastating weapon and a dreadful event. It has deeply affected all the world and added news-dimensions to the man's destructive power. They seem to be aware of the danger produced by this weapon for civilization and human identity, trying to put an end to the nuclear weapons' race and wish to use, instead, nuclear power to peaceful aims. Within this context, research on the arab nuclear option's reasons have been made. In fact, arab aims for nuclear installations are numerous to solve their socieconomic problems and to provide for their needs of radio-isotopes. But such plans require a regional stability. However, it's confirmed that the introduction of the military atom by israel in the middle east has generated major difficulties to aims searched by arab countries. First, in the name of the "israel security", western powers maintain the idea of the sale ownership of nuclear weapon by israel, secondly, this situation requires from israel to do everything to make countries of this region not to accede to nuclear level, even civil, especially after the gulf war (1991); thirdly, the two preceding principles demand from israel a refusal of all arrangements (signing of the nuclear proliferation treaty "n. P. T. " or adherence to a nuclear weapons free zone "n. W. F. Z. ") which meddles with its nuclear activities.
