Since its independence, cote d'ivoire has founded its expansion on the developpement of agriculture. The dynamism of actions undertaken in that field with the lounchinf of vast production programmes which permitted to reach and maintain a certain rate of economic growth. The product of this agricultural policy is a gouvernment pla, with the product of set of institutions and mainly a social stake wheighing on different social forces. Agricultural policy allows to understand the relations between the stage and the civilian society.

Depuis l'independance, la cote d'ivoire a fonde son essor economique sur le developpement de l'agriculture. Le dynamisme des actions entreprises dans ce secteur avec le lancement de vastes programmes de production a permis d'atteindre et de maintenir un taux de croissance economique. Cette politique agricole ivoirienne est un projet gouvernemental, avec le produit d'un jeu d'institution et surtout un enjeu social qui a un poids sur diverses forces sociales. La politique agricole permet de comprendre les relations qu'entretient l'etat avec la societe civile.
