A study of international non-maritime water rights. The analysis concerns the genesisis of a new international law which globally abords the question of international non-maritime waters. It is founded on the notion of an international hydrographic basin which is presented as the field of application imposed by nature and scientific knowledge. It disclaims the new norms which alllow the right to question utilisation and protection of the waters. It presents co-operation such as it exists and such as it would be desirable that it should evolve. It envisages the treatment of the differences.

Etude du droit international des eaux internationales non maritimes. L'analyse porte sur la genese d'un nouveau droit international qui apprehende de maniere globale la question des eaux internationales non maritimes. Elle se fonde sur la notion de bassin hydrographique international, presentee comme le champ d'application qu'imposent la nature et les connaissances scientifiques. Elle degage les nouvelles normes permettant de regler les questions de l'utilisation de l'eau et de sa protection. Elle presente la cooperation telle qu'elle est et telle qu'il serait souhaitable qu'elle evolue. Elle envisage le traitement des differends.
