The international arbitration was become the main appeal to solve problems related to international trade. The syrien state has not remained indifferent to this evolution and has adopted its legislation to the arbitration system, wether, by the paning of national lows or by the conforming to the international decisions. The key question of this work is : is there an appeal to the arbitration in the contrats made by the syrian state ? and as a mateer of fact it's also to know if this arbitration as an institution contributes to the reinforcement of the power of the developed countries over the developing countries ? or, an the other hand, das it allaw an harmonious blooming of the international trade ?

L'arbitrage international est devenu le principal recours pour regler les differends relatifs au commerce international. L'etat syrien n'est pas reste indifferent a cette evolution en adoptant sa legislation a l'arbitrage soit, par la promulgation des lois nationales, soit, par l'adhesion aux conventions internationales. La question clef de ce travail est : y-a-t-il un recours a l'arbitrage dans les contrats syriens ? et, de facon accessoire savoire si l'arbitrage en tant qu'institution contribue-t-il a renforcer l'hegemonie des pays developpes sur les pays en voie de developpement ? ou bien, au contraire permet-il un essor harmonieux du commerce international.
