In Morocco, the transposition of the French administrative law dates back to colonial times. The advent of independence was accompanied by the need to adapt the law to specific Moroccan, or, despite all the efforts made to make this adaption, the ineffectiveness of the manifestations of French administrative law in Morocco, remain apparent. What were the issues, causes and consequences? This has been tried to deal with the ineffectiveness of the French administrative law in Morocco: myth or reality.

Au Maroc, la transposition du droit administratif français remonte à l'époque coloniale. L’avènement de l'indépendance était accompagné par la nécessité d'adapter ce droit aux spécificités marocaines, or malgré tous les efforts employés pour procéder à cette adaption, les manifestations d'ineffectivités du droit administratif français au Maroc, demeurent apparentes. Quels en étaient donc les aspects, les causes et les conséquences ? C’est ce qu’on a essayé de voir en traitant l’ineffectivité du droit administratif français au Maroc : mythe ou réalité.
