The considerable evolution of the Moroccan economy, have regard to its level the shortly after the independence, testifies to the rise and the expansion who knew the country. Nevertheless, and in spite of made progress, the Moroccan economy is far to have carried out potential full sound and the growth did not reach yet a sufficient and durable level able to draw the country towards the development. The place reserved in the constitution with freedom to undertake gives the measurement of the confidence placed in the private initiative to erasure economic development and social. In short. Liberalism is regarded as factor of prosperity and the blooming of the individual and on the basis of all the community. But this freedom to undertake would not know indefinite or unlimited.

L'évolution considérable de l'économie marocaine, eue égard à son niveau au lendemain de l'indépendance, témoigne de l'essor et de l'expansion qu'a connus le pays. Néanmoins, et en dépit des progrès réalises, l'économie marocaine est loin d'avoir réalise son plein potentiel et la croissance n'a pas encore atteint un niveau suffisant et durable capable de tirer le pays vers le développement. Donc la place réserve dans la constitution a la liberté d'entreprendre donne la mesure de la confiance placée dans l'initiative privée pour assurer le développement économique et social. Bref, le libéralisme est considère comme facteur de prospérité et d'épanouissement de l'individu et partant de toute la communauté. Mais cette liberté d'entreprendre ne saurait être indéfinie ou illimitée
