The object of this research presents the analyse of the german unification under the constitutionnal aspects; the first part concerns the description of the juridical system and the process of the german unification which leads to the full constitutional sovereignity of the german people; the second part describes the impact of the reunification process ont he future evaluation of the constitutional power in germany; this research evaluate in a general sense the classical theory of the "pouvoir constituant" and the essential terms as: sovereignity, power to make the constitution, power of amendement, democracy, constitutional state and right of self-determination.

L'objet de cette etude est l'analyse de la reunification allemande sous son aspect constitutionnel et plus particulierement au miroir de la theorie du pouvoir constituant. La premiere partie est consacree a la description des enjeux constitutionnels de la reunification ainsi qu'a l'etude du dispositif juridique et du processus de reunification qui aboutit a la restitution de sa souverainete constituante au peuple allemand. La seconde partie est consacree a l'analyse des developpements du droit constitutionnel en allemagne apres la reunification, sont etudiees les hypotheses d'evolution limitee dans le cadre de la revision ou de rupture de l'ordre constitutionnel.
