The eec's liberalisation policy was crucial for the telecommunications law system in europe. The public monopolies dominant untill the begining of the 1990's are progressively abolished and the telecommunications' markets are formed on the basis of the competion european law. The object of this study is to present the evolution of the eec's regulation in this sector and the rectifications that it involves on the greec law in order to etablish a european telecommunications market.

La politique communautaire fut d'une importance capitale pour le regime juridique des telecommunications en europe. Les monopoles publics omnipotents jusqu'au debut des annees 1990 s'abolissent progressivement et les marches de telecommunications se forment sur des bases du droit europeen de la concurrence. L'objet de cette etude est de presenter l'evolution de la reglementation communautaire sur ce domaine et les modifications qu'elle a entraine au droit national grec afin qu'un marche veritable des telecommunications en europe soit etablit.
