Abstract EN:

The substantive message coming from jewish civilization, history and tradition as expressed in the bible and the " sanhedrin " treaty found in the babylonian talmud forms an " hebrew legacy " which has not yet exhausted its fruits in the domain of criminal justice and procedures. This message, analysed in the prologue, leads to the thesis : a need for global reform of the french repressive system of justice and its penal procedure (reform of the systems of jurisdiction, prosecution, " juge d'instruction " and police investigations ; statutes, rights and obligations of the prosecution, of the defence and of the victim)

Au travers du message constitutif d'un heritabe qui n'a pas epuise ses fruits, issu de la civilisation, de l'histoire et de la tradition juives de la bible et du traite " sanhedrin" du talmud de babylone, formant le " legs hebraique " dans le domaine de la justice et de la procedure criminelles, aborde dans un prologue, le projet d'une reforme d'ensemble de notre justice repressive et de la procedure penale (reforme des organes juridictionnels, de poursuite, d'instruction et d'enquete ; statut, droits et obligations de l'accusation, de la defense et de la victime)
